Omer Shoshany - CEO
Omer Shoshany brings his extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship to Webby-Casting. Prior to joining the company he served as CEO of Carmit Candy Industries, a TASE listed company. Mr. Shoshani succeeded in increasing company revenue by 30% and raising the company up from a period of losses. Prior to Carmit Omer was the VP Sales and Export in Tambur, one of the top 50 companies in the paint industry. Omer was one of the leading management team of YES satellite TV, and established a sales force of more than 400 people.

Ilan Gafni Co-Founder & CTO
Ilan Gafni has a wealth of experience in video digitizing, broadcasting and distribution online from 1994. Ilan’s expertise is in constructing and managing complex data networking as well as combining data networking with video, audio and multimedia implementations. He has worked on a wide array of multimedia projects in many sectors, including the film industry, the academic arena and industry.
Mr. Gafni holds a BA in Business Administration and econometrics and an MBA in specializing in Information Technologies and financing from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Roi Iron – Co-Founder & Executive Director
Roi Iron brings Webby-Casting content production experience from 1992.
Roi currently leads content aspects and viewer habits at Webby-Casting. In addition, he has helped Webby Casting evolve into a successful global solutions company and fostered its growth by aiding with key customer wins, and supporting alliances.

Rami Shaprut - VP Sales
Rami Shaprut brings his intensive background in hi-tech to the company. Prior to joining the company, he worked in video streaming and at Autofont, a leading hi-tech company specializing in high-end printing solutions. Rami combines his extensive technology expertise with his in-depth knowledge of business management.
Mr. Shaprut holds a BA in Law and Business Management from the Herzlia Interdisciplinary Center Law and Business Schools.

Sharon Sheffi – VP Operations & Customer Support
Sharon Sheffi leads the operational and customer service aspects of Webby-Casting including professional services, training, and support. Sharon brings Webby Casting 12 years of customer service and operational in multimedia companies. Prior to joining Webby-Casting Sharon worked as senior manager for Federal News Service. Prior to that Sharon worked many years with Israeli prime minister Itzhak Rabin and served as the general secretary of the Prime Minister Fund, the head of public appeal department and Rabin’s personal assistant.

Elroi Marom - Active board member
Elroi brings his entrepreneurial personality and strong high technology management background, including expertise in founding start-up ventures, business development, sales, marketing, and R&D experience. Elroi has served in a variety of senior management roles including co-founder of medical-opinion, an online medical center, CEO of IPortent, a network intelligence company specializes in P2P networks; founder & CEO of Pandatel, a leading vendor of metro Ethernet solutions and Director of Access Equipment at Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel). Elroi Marom holds an MBA and BSc in Physics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.
